Sept 22nd to Sept 28th, 2019 Weekly Wrap Up

What I Finished Reading

Titles in this section link to my (sometimes fuller) reviews on Goodreads.

Romantic Outlaws: The Extraordinary Lives of Mary Wollstonecraft & Mary Shelley by Charlotte Gordon 4.5⭐

Wonderful biography on Mary Shelley and her mother Mary Wollstonecraft! Told in alternating chapters it came together really well and I learned so much about them. Amazing women! Amazing, and humanized. So glad I finally put my foot down and read it!

Possibilities for the Next Week

I did read a little bit more in Unbroken this past week (not a lot). Hopefully i'll finish it at some point? I'm mostly loving it! Otherwise i'll probably start something on either my Disability Readathon TBR or my October Horror TBR (coming tomorrow, Sept 30th, on my youtube channel). What i'll start first I don't know. I'll figure that out when I pick it up.

Other

No tv or movies were watched this past week. I did however change my name! I am now Tyler. Ty or TJ works as well (since TJ are my initials now). Because i'm agender (they/them pronouns) I wanted a neutral name that leans masc. So I am Tyler now. Same me. Different name is all.

Sept 15th to Sept 21st, 2019 Weekly Wrap Up

What I Finished Reading

Titles in this section link to my (sometimes fuller) reviews on Goodreads.

Halloween Fiend by C.V. Hunt 3.5⭐

Well, now i'm in the Halloween spirit if I wasn't already. Spooky, entertaining, loved the ending. Had a couple minor issues with it but over-all I really enjoyed it. Even though I did guess the ending I actually liked that here.

Mabon: Rituals, Recipes & Lore for the Autumn Equinox by Diana Rajchel 4⭐

Basic book on the Mabon Sabbat. Not much to say. Good for beginners and has some info on the sabbat and some ideas about what you can do on the sabbat to celebrate if you want.

The Devil and Tom Walker by Washington Irving 2⭐

Maybe I should have read it instead of listened to it. I was bored and didn't get much from it. Maybe I'll try it again at a later time. I think it was more me not being into it right now and not the story's fault.

Possibilities for the Next Week

I really want to finish Romantic Outlaws and it's not a fast read. I have read more. I'm on page 170...but there is more than 500. I'm loving it I just need to devote a lot of time to it. Then I want to finish Unbroken: 13 Stories Starring Disabled Teens. As well as listen to The Tensorate Series for the Enby Book Club as I got it from Hoopla currently. Those are my top priorities. Sorry to the books i'm probably not getting to that I said I wanted to. I still want to..eventually. Life happens.

TV I Watched

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 9 Episode's 20-21 "A Horse Shoe-In" and "Daring Doubt". Loved Daring Doubt so much! Fluttershy is best pony and you can not convince me otherwise. Again, no movies were watched this week. Maybe i'll watch a bunch of horror movies in October (I hope to!).
